Orders received by 2pm central standard time are usually shipped within 24 hours After 2pm they could ship the next business day. Please note this is NOT the policy and shipment date depends on the current schedules and inventory and is subject to change at any time. Please be aware UPS doesn't do Saturday delivery. Be aware also when purchasing and choosing options other than UPS Ground. FREE shipping for orders over $150 applies to orders placed online and through the TexTrail Checkout...this offer will NOT apply to phone in or fax orders.
TexTrail Trailer Parts reserves the right to ship within 3 business days of order placement and any refunds requested due to shipment delays will be determined by this. TexTrail Trailer Parts also does not ship on Company Holidays: Thanksgiving, the day following Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, New Years Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, and Memorial Day. Orders placed during a Corporation Holiday will be processed immediately following a holiday.
